College was set up in the year 1968 when the luminaries and the education-loving people of this locality took solemon pledge to establish a higher educational institution here at Ghoghardiha, a distant place surrounded by the river koshi-balan. There is no denying the fact that late sri Bhola Singh of village, Deorh was the chief source of inspiration to carry this gigantic task into effect.
